Rbc is a terrible bank, go anywhere else
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am a POA for my mother, who has banked at the RBC Sherwood Park (Wye Road) branch for years. Horrible bank. Not this one particularly although lots of tellers here are filled with bs and always trying to get into your personal business when you make deposits or withdraws but RBC as a whole is the most useless company I ever came across. Can’t even do simple banking needs properly. I plan to leave RBC for scotiabank today :)
Just a bank, but very annoying. Only using RBC as they are one of the major 5 banks that have open tellers for banking. Unsolicited emails is the norm with RBC. Bad practice, due to the amount of digital fraud and phishing scams out there. Hey RBC, how is this idea? Clients will contact you if they need any banking support. Unsolicited emails are a no go. As it should be.
