The bank teller, Kim, was wonderful to meet with. She approached me right away, and we had a friendly conversation while she helped me. My first visit to the new bank was enjoyable.
Entering the newly built RBC location at East Point for the first time at 4 p.m. on a Friday, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no line or wait as I had anticipated. In fact, I was approached right away by a very friendly client advisor named Kim. The new location features a spacious, modern, comfortable, open-concept layout, with soothing blue colours and soft carpeting to reduce echoing and noise volume.
