Hope RBC corporate sees this and close this branch or change the staffs from the managers to the cleaning lady. There is a reason why this branch has a lot of negative comments and reviews. - Untrained staff - Rude and condescending tellers - The branch manager can't miss an opportunity to exercise her power trip. RBC is the largest bank in Canada they deserve a better representation!
The employee lady was very rude and racist. It was my first time in rbc ,that I experienced that kind of rudeness. She was acting like she doesn’t know anything about rbc terms and conditions . Then i showed her the website she said ..oh really i wasn’t aware of that. If you do not want to work ,why are u there in customer service .ruined up my day with that bad rudeness and attitude.
Long line ups and not enough people to help- this is not on the branch folks but corporate and higher ups in the branch and district who keep the branches chronically under staffed. Not that the staff that is present is super efficient either

Very convenient location, lot of parking at the plaza, nice customer service. Online access to accounts is straight forward and site easy to navigate. I have been with them for a little time now but so far so good. I'm very satisfied.
