Completely disappointed with the lack of compassion but also the underlined ton of annoyance displayed by an employee who 2 weeks prior gave me her name to ask for by name to ensure I would not have to repeat my story about the death/dying of my mother. Had a very good experience at RBC today, staff was very attentive and was able to cater to my needs without delay. Shona (sp?) was careful to make sure that my account was in order and was very pleasant to speak with as well.
