So they closed the North End branch and West Side and McAllister so we could all line up for 1/2 hour waiting for the next available teller. It’s not the staff’s fault that there aren’t enough teller available. RBC really doesn’t care about their customers. Let them line up for as long as they have to because customer service is now dead at RBC.

The bank teller, Kim, was wonderful to meet with. She approached me right away, and we had a friendly conversation while she helped me. My first visit to the new bank was enjoyable.
Entering the newly built RBC location at East Point for the first time at 4 p.m. on a Friday, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no line or wait as I had anticipated. In fact, I was approached right away by a very friendly client advisor named Kim. The new location features a spacious, modern, comfortable, open-concept layout, with soothing blue colours and soft carpeting to reduce echoing and noise volume.
