Terrible service, full of incompetent people. Just your typical predatory financial institution.
Absolutely the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I went to this RBC branch to make a relatively large transfer. The cashier was new and clearly had no idea how to process it. He asked me numerous questions, some of which seemed completely irrelevant. When I asked why he was asking so many questions because I didn’t want to be sold any products, he responded, “I don’t know who you are.” That was extremely disrespectful.
