Should be ashamed you closed the north end location what about compassion for those who dont drive are unable to travel that distance things are expensive enough now its gonna cost more just to get your own money out your bank
It's not only the place, but also their customer service , has been changed in to a massive way. Promptly attending to the customers and escorting them to the vacant counters , made me feel real outstanding service compared with previous venue . Shauna was doing a spectacular job above all.Keep it up.
Horrible service from counter staff, came in for a replacement card to be shipped through their internal channels due to the postal strike. I was advised to do this after reaching out for help on the weekend through my mobile app. The counter rep tried to say they couldn't do that, I had to ask them to confirm with their manager. After they confirmed they asked if I wanted to keep my card for the atm... the whole reason I came in is because my card isn't working to withdraw money.
