Most financial advisors at this branch are knowledgeable, helpful, and uphold professional standards. However, my experience with “Tannaz Mohammadian” was quite the opposite. I found her to be rude and entitled, which made the interaction unpleasant and unprofessional. I would recommend seeking assistance from other financial advisors at this branch, as there are certainly better options available.

Ellie is vey RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I’m writing to express my frustration with the service I received from Ellie, a bank teller at your branch, during a recent visit. Although Ellie is not a junior employee, her conduct was surprisingly unprofessional and discourteous.
