At RBC bank 9335 yonge st I had a disappointing experience. The teller, Nargis, was unhelpful and seemed uninterested. When I asked to speak with the supervisor, the response was unprofessional. The supervisor later spoke in an impatient tone. I hope management improves customer service and professionalism.
Today I visited the branch to resolve an issue with my credit card. Hasti, the RBC staff member, was incredibly helpful and dedicated. She spent a lot of time and made every effort to solve the problem efficiently. I truly appreciate her professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service.
