Yesterday I was at the bank and while they were short staffed, once I got to the counter I was greeted by the most lovely representative. Mahsa was efficient, kind , knowledgeable and simply a pleasure. I hope they raise their staffing levels, but even more I hope they keep hiring great staff like Mahsa!

I am incredibly grateful for the assistance I received from Bahar S. at this Royal Bank branch. I arrived just 30 minutes before closing with an urgent issue, and although the timing was tight, Bahar provided the aid I needed with both grace and understanding.
