Yesterday I was at the bank and while they were short staffed, once I got to the counter I was greeted by the most lovely representative. Mahsa was efficient, kind , knowledgeable and simply a pleasure. I hope they raise their staffing levels, but even more I hope they keep hiring great staff like Mahsa!
One the the worst branches The branch manager Nazanin akhavan has a bad attitude. They make u wait .
