Terrible experience with Ellie at this branch. Very disrespectful.
I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this RBC branch in Richmond Hill, specifically with a teller named Ellie. I took a senior family member to withdraw a large sum of money, and we were told to come back a week later since the amount needed to be ordered. When we returned, Ellie was not only unprofessional but also incredibly rude and disrespectful.
