Whenever I call for a normal transaction, the agent named Mr. Anatop repeatedly asks me five security questions that I feel are unnecessary. I kindly request that my calls be directed to an agent who communicates more clearly and efficiently, so the process is smoother and easier to understand.
I booked an appointment with Jessica Li at 5 p.m. She called on time but hung up after 3 minutes. It seems to me that she doesn't want to deal with my case and just wants to go home. If there was no intention to assist, why was my appointment time taken?
