Always slow service. You have to wait half an hour at least to be helped. I get customers take long but there is a lady just walking behind the two tellers or sitting at the back. When there is a queue she should help.
There seems to be a recurring pattern of the work not being completed as expected
It was very, very slow. When I was in the queue, many customers left because they couldn't wait. I stood in line for half an hour and finally got my turn. But they told me to go to the ATM to operate. NICE！
Terrible branch, almost closed my account after 30 years at RBC due to the ineptitude of the cashier and manager, zero common sense and brains. Big difference with the King City Branch, excellent service and a Manager with great common sense and great business capacity. I will never return to that branch 12935 Yonge St, Richmond Hill
