Absolutely the worst customer service of any rbc branch I have used!
I can only speak from my own experience, but it was deeply disappointing. As a person of color, I felt that I was treated differently at this branch.Their foucis is more on the middle eastern community ..After being helped by a teller, I realized I also needed to purchase foreign currency. I tried using the machine but couldn’t complete the transaction, so I went back inside.
