Visted bank two times..no one helped me out they just said call customer service. One of the lady working there was very rude and was not interested in helping me out . All of them were just using their phones .
店员说今天保险柜打不开，和店长联系了说不接受任何的现金服务。昨天注销了银行储蓄卡，信用卡里还欠了近500刀。今天想带着现金还钱还给不了。国内之后又进行不了任何的转账。
I had one of the worst experiences with this Bank Branch, especially with Sophia Sun. I wanted to close my accounts but was not successful as Sophia and her manager had own set of rules which were different from RBC. They were not ready to read the rules set by RBC and were constantly saying these are branch rules. DON'T RECOMMEND TO WORK WITH SOPHIA
If you have a usd account with RBC you can take out usd. The ATMs in the terminals only have Canadian. Happy travels.
