Only two counters are in service in the afternoon with a long line to their front door!!! Wow!
Such a slow bank. Always long lineups with SO many staff available but No one helps customers. 10 people on only 3 working as tellers and 8 people in line. So ridiculous. Train your staff better to put customers first or don't be open. Customers are the reason why you're still in business.
Fast and efficient
This has got to be the worst branch in Vancouver. Tellers have limited knowledge and acts unprofessionally. Was in line for 15 mins to do wire transfer and tells me I can’t do it because wire transfer requires 30 mins and it’s 10 minutes before closing. Another time I did wire transfer they said they couldn’t do it because the money has only been in my account for 2 days not 3 for compliance reasons. I had great customer service at this bank, I visited multiple times for different services and interacted with different staff members and they were all really nice and helpful. Will definitely come back in the future!
