Teller is good. Bank and bank system are sucks. They cannot provide fast services. Crazy line up all the time.
An employee at this bank named Snow was very unfamiliar with the procedures. While helping me open an account, she forgot several important steps, which caused me to go back multiple times to fix the issues—essentially having to repeat the entire process. This created a lot of unnecessary trouble for me. Additionally, she repeatedly interrupted me during the appointment and spoke over me, which was quite unprofessional. I sincerely hope RBC will take employee training more seriously.
I'm writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Wing during my recent visit to the Ackroyd Branch. I received my upgraded Avion credit card on June 25 (Wednesday) and promptly activated it. I spent that afternoon updating my auto-pay information with various companies.
