I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this RBC branch. I was trying to identify a staff member, but I couldn’t remember his name. I explained at least five times that I didn’t remember it, which was exactly why I asked Hilary, “Do you know his name?” Instead of answering my question, he kept asking me for the person’s name over and over again, even after I had repeatedly told him I didn’t remember. This is the worst bank visit in my entire life. We booked an appointment with their financial advisor Maggie Ma, arrived on time, no reception, no greeting, everyone who works there try to avoid eye contact with customers. Then we were informed that maggie has left already, and said she doesn’t even know she had an appointment with us because we booked online?? Excuse me? Appointment made through online system but advisor already take off for the day because she did not saw it? No apologies.. Avoid Maggie Ma in all cost.
