Takes ridiculous amount of time
I had an appointment with banking advisor. No reception here. I stood there over 10 mins, nobody asked. I need walk around the whole bank and find my banking advisor. The banking advisor was lack of knowledge. She couldn't answer my normally question. She said she didn't know! I felt waste my time to go to this branch. Very bad experience.
Came in for bank draft, they waived the fee b/c I was loyal customer. That's great customer service.
Such an awful branch, I went to this branch to open simple account and everytime they forget to do something about my account and I had to go to the branch 3 times to get my account active. Employee in this branch not trained very well. Don't recommend RBC at all!!!!
