I just opened business account with RBC bank a friend of mine refer me, I called couple times they said go to brunch I came to this branch which I open my account here as well the manger was not helpful I’m not happy with the service they have and they hold cheques for 7 business days so small business owners should be careful…. I have TD and CIBC they never hold this long.
Best experience I’ve had thus far from a bank. Veronica Wang is very patient and she has amazing customer service skills! I was really pleased with my service as an international client. I recommend her for services. She is a great asset to RBC.
Worst customer service and rudest staff ever. If I could do zero stars I would. I was standing in front of these 2 people for a few mins thinking they would help me or at least greet me. They didn’t even look at me or acknowledge me while speaking a different language. I understand we are multicultural In this country but when you see a customer and one that will most likely not understand what you are saying please try to acknowledge and be polite and show you have some sort of customer service skills.
