I was loosing confidence in RBC in the past few months, so I decided to visit this branch, which I've been in for the past 9 years before closing time, to see if they can finally give attention to my concerns, or just like before,(1-800 number, customer service), just disappoint me. This bank hired unqualified personal who seems to be lack of professional skills and personal skills. He presented very rude manner.
No good service the guy didn't want to help me just gave me a number to call and ask them for help very unprofessional
