We were required by the CRA to submit an Investment (RIF) Statement for tax purposes We went to an RBC branch for assistance in obtaining the Statement but was given the wrong statements after two attempts. Two weeks was lost due to this and we we’re much concerned as the CRA had given us a deadline for submission.
