They’re extremely slow. Banking here feels like a chore. Moved all my finances to TD.
Worst RBC branch to go . Always line up. I love banking with RBC but this particular branch is worst branch where employees seem talkin each other, going here to there and only one person handling customers
I am disappointed with the service at this branch. I had to wait approximately 45 minutes before being assisted. The waiting time was far too long, and there seemed to be a lack of efficiency in serving customers. I hope the bank can improve staffing and customer service to reduce wait times in the future.
