As a new rbc client, i swear this has to be one of the worst branch. I have been banking with cibc and td for the longest time and decided to get the westjet credit card. As i was picking up my card the lady has the least care about her job. Very arrogant and not accommodating. Staff were seemed like they were arguing about something very disorganized. I dont recomend this branch. Take your business elsewhere
Don't go here at lunchtime, lines are long and slow with only 2 or 3 tellers, where is management?

I had a very disappointing experience at this RBC branch with Assistant Branch Manager Neha Kharuna. We came in because of an RBC error (which we understand mistakes happen), but instead of helping us resolve the issue, we were met with pushback and unprofessionalism. As customers, we don’t know internal back-office policies thats why we go to the branch for support.
