Horrible experience teller asked me unusual questions when I asked him why he was asking me those questions. He told me I was being difficult and refused to help.

I was at pickering branch.hub plaza.everyone's usually nice and helpful. But today Annie helped me and she was so patient and professional and kind..great job hiring Annie
Zero or even less rating. Absolutely no sense of accountability. Staff does not even bother to respond to emails or voicemails. Its always hard to deal with RBC. Their customer service and back office are not sink and if you call them they will make you feel that the world is round making you go in circles - holding the line for an hour and then get tired and hang the phone. They will not bother to call you back. I am gradually removing all my accounts from this bank.
