Horrible experience working with this branch. They do not how to treat customers and do not have basic courtesy of even telling you them. I will never be banking with RBC and this branch is to blame for it. The branch manager Neha - she is not a customer focused leader looking at finding solutions for clients.
Had a horrible customer service experience at this RBC branch, particularly with Neha (not sure if she is the branch manager). She didn’t make any effort to understand my concerns and came across as extremely arrogant. A little empathy and willingness to actually listen to the client would go a long way. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and courtesy.
I would rate this branch 0/5 due to the extremely rude behavior of the teller I dealt with. I went in for help, but instead of receiving assistance, I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I recently changed my phone, and since then, I’ve been unable to complete e-transfers because my new device hasn't been verified yet. The verification process is quite long and complicated. Friendly staff. Efficient
I went in yesterday to open up a business account. Paulo Pinto was extremely helpful and made the process very smooth. I have been banking elsewhere for over a decade but yesterday I ended up opening my personal accounts with RBC too. Thank you Paulo for being amazing at client service.
