Extremely slow service. I would not recommend anyone to go this branch. They do not know what they are doing. Stay away from this branch. Go to the branch on Kingston they are more competent and quicker. Absolutely disappointed with this branch.

This location have zero information they don’t know nothing about their job, just for sample question spoke all member including the manager they have no idea.
Sent a large sum of money Jan 27th by wire transfer & was told funds would be received Jan 30th. Jan 31st funds not received. I called the branch & left a vm no reply to my vm. I went to the branch just as they were closing at 5. They were letting people out of the branch and the 2 workers refused to speak with me and closed the door in my face.
