Ankita misguided me, instead of directing me to visit another branch that has a on duty manager she told me I can not use my account at all for 3 days. Which is totally not acceptable, I visited Liverpool branch after there they took care of it and was able to use my card same day.
Terrible staff and worst customer service : New manager always hiding in the back : I have been a customer at the Royal Bank branch located at 2460 Brock Rd UNIT D1, Pickering, ON L1V 2P8 since its opening. Initially, the staff provided excellent customer service, but recently, there have been noticeable changes that raise concerns about professionalism under the new management. We came to open the bank account at RBC and the lady said she was going to bring someone to help open an account and a few minutes later we were told that no one was available. We were very disappointed from this poor customer service.
