Awful. Every day they call up my father who has a neurodegenerative disorder and they harass him. They really enjoy making people who are ill suffer. They have ruined so many days.
I went to the location today to open an account. The lady was giving training to a new employee(which was very polite) howevever From the moment I asked for assistance, I felt like I was not being properly heard. Instead of receiving helpful support, I was made to feel as if I were doing something wrong—almost as if I was engaging in something illegal.
