While RBC’s overall customer service has declined in recent years, this branch in particular has been especially disappointing.
I had the displeasure of running into Sara/Sarah at the Tim Horton's line up. What a sarcastic, condescending, nasty little person this is. What this unpleasant little person has to understand is that she represents the Royal Bank of Canada and whether on the job or not, she represents the bank. I am a customer of the Royal Bank of Canada and frequents this location often as it is in my neighbourhood. Next time I am in I will ask after this Sara/Sarah and also express my negative encounter with this unpleasant representative... read more
