The service is incredibly slow. Always 1 or 2 tellers working at the front while dozens hide nearby in offices. Customers wait a ling time here. I personally have waited 50 minutes to simply cash a cheque
The service at this branch is very very slow. I guess the bank doesn't have enough money to hire more tellers. I don't expect the manager will read this either!
