The slowest service ever!
This has to be the worst bank I have ever had the privilege of walking into too. I love RBC but when you enter in a building and their employees look like they all would rather be any where else it is not professional. They also would rather socialize amongst themselves than greet the clients that have amassed all the way out the door. They are distracted and don’t pay attention to their task at hand. I ask them to make a simple bill payment and they paid the wrong credit card and so I couldn’t take the payment off my husban... read more

WORST SERVICE The old blonde short hair teller this is for you. I know you’re busy but “Don’t talk over someone!” Just remember indirectly, we as clients pay your bills.
