I've been an RBC client since 2004 when I was a high school student for 21 years. Over the years, I did enjoy Royal Bank 🏦 customers without any complaints eversince. Before coming back with RBC Bank in 2022, I was also a TD Bank client from 2011 to 2022. The reason I did leave TD Bank as a client is because I wasn't satisfied with the way they did handle my banking issues by mismanagement my account. Lineup was long. Service was slow.
I came into the bank to speak to a representative Samira about creating a shared card so that I can split my expenses with my partner. However I was informed that because I created my account in a different part of Ontario. I would need to transfer all of my banking to a new account before we could even start to think about issuing a new card. I was told that until the technical issue is fixed I would need to have two seperate accounts where I would personally need to transfer everything over to the new account. Why is this ... read more
