Too much trying to force me online. I like to do everything in person. I like to sit down in an office and speak face to face with a representative. Literally 4 employees tried pushing me online, so much I just closed my accounts and moved my mortgage and investments away from RBC. Learn to listen to your customers.
They never have enough tellers open on busy days…. Especially Fridays/weekends. Always a long wait
We had a meeting at the bank today ….just want to say SAMIRA was the best , super helpful , super understanding, we spoke French she spoke English , and somehow she got the job done! we love her❤️
