Truly atrocious experience. To start with the tellers are not properly informed of RBC policies.
I got an RBC credit card after many attempts to use it. It never worked , I brought it back to this branch to have it cancelled after I was unable to do so on the phone. The card was cut up in front of my face and I was told that it was cancelled almost 8 months later I found a charge to renew this credit card that I no longer had or ever used .
