went to this RBC branch recently and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The person who helped me, Samir S., was rude and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He had a really unprofessional attitude and didn’t seem to care about helping customers properly. The whole visit made me feel uncomfortable, and even the manager didn’t step in to improve things. I hope RBC does something to fix how this branch treats people.
I recently had an appointment at the RBC Billings Bridge branch with a very respectful gentleman named Shayan Abasalt. He was extremely caring, patient, and attentive, listening carefully to all my concerns. Shayan not only provided excellent banking services but also guided me in choosing the best banking plan and helped me open a business account. Because of his professionalism and dedication, I now prefer RBC over other banks. Highly recommended!
Came in today and was basically told they supported international students, and not students (Canadian citizens) who goes study abroad. Said I was not entitled to a student account because I wasn't a student here. Each time someone at the bank sees, and your studying abroad, they purposely go out of their way to make your life difficult. Messing up RESP papers, make it difficult for you to get your own money, asking a million questions or ask you to provide your documents multiple times. The staff is absolutely ignorant. Can't ask questions without getting attitude. I will never go to this branch again. If every branch acted this way, there would be none at all. I love RBC and never had any issues. This branch is ridiculously rude and has no knowledge of what's going on If you need to use RBC I'd travel to the next one. The staff here treat there customers like garbage
