Came in today and was basically told they supported international students, and not students (Canadian citizens) who goes study abroad. Said I was not entitled to a student account because I wasn't a student here. Each time someone at the bank sees, and your studying abroad, they purposely go out of their way to make your life difficult. Messing up RESP papers, make it difficult for you to get your own money, asking a million questions or ask you to provide your documents multiple times. The staff is absolutely ignorant. Can't ask questions without getting attitude. I will never go to this branch again. If every branch acted this way, there would be none at all. I love RBC and never had any issues. This branch is ridiculously rude and has no knowledge of what's going on If you need to use RBC I'd travel to the next one. The staff here treat there customers like garbage

Do not go there at all. Avoid this location at all cost Horrible worst experience. This is very mismanaged bank with incompetent manager or assistant manager . The assistant manager Malik needs to be put back in place because he is out of control. Horrible management .
