It was so stressful to see a number of people who'd been waiting in line at the tellers for some time have to leave (that can represent immeasurable complications in people's lives) while tellers who are increasingly not-trained to be time-efficient are acting so so unbothered . It's gaslighting
Whoever is the branch manager here. Your branch phone number is being used as a duct cleaning spam.
Terrible and getting worse everyday. Ever increasing fees, poor communication, they are misleading and/or untruthful. They make it very difficult to speak to a person when you call them for assistance. Instead, they keep trying to force you into the automated system and provide you with a series of recorded messages. Eventually the automated system just hangs up when you refuse the options they offer you. I have been with RBC for 8 years. I went to this location for the first time today. The service was not up to the required level. The customer service has changed a lot to the worse. Please review this location. I think it is one of the worst places!
