I just switched from ATB to RBC and I am so glad I did. I came to this branch and they were so friendly and so nice. I have more control and options with my account at RBC. My very first visit to the branch far exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much to the staff for your kindness.
The incompetence that this branch is staggering. It takes it takes two employees to serve every customer because they don't have a clue what they're doing. Even still it took over an hour for me to get a new credit card ordered for an existing account. The employees were nice enough. They're just completely uneducated about anything related to their jobs.
