Worst Branch ever, the Manager is useless does not return calls and no one knows what the heck they are doing. I was told I would not get a temporary debit card to wait for my new card in the mail. There is no mail because of the strike. Called customer care and they said the have never heard of a branch denying a temp Clint card to a customer. This isn't the first time I have issues with this branch. Dont waist your time going here. Go to Elizabeth St location and save yourself the headache.
BOTH LOCATIONS IN OKOTOKS ARE CLOSED EARLY TODAY. I even called ahead to confirm they were open, and the RBC helpline assured me they were. This was a complete waste of my time and incredibly frustrating. Very disappointing, RBC definitely won’t be getting my business.
l used to love this location but after what I just experienced I won't be going back. Being told by a teller that I could do something that RBC as a whole doesn't actually do costed me to now be late for paying my school fees.
