Bad customer service. The staff is not business oriented and very unprofessional. Downtown Toronto is a way better experience and represent better RBC brand.
They need more training all of them, they are not giving us a good customer service that branch has a terrible customer service, without professionalism, no good service at all. Better to go to another branch.
The staff in this branch are rude. I went to their location closer to their closing time, They have closed the operations way before the closing time on Saturday Oct 26 2024. Other banks close their door at the closing time. When i claimed there is still time before their closing time , they responded in a rude manner shouting from inside "WE ARE CLOSED".
Bank staff is not helpful. They think customers are fool. Janmesh one of the bank employees is very irresponsible. They never pick calls. And gets irritated if you visit the bank for a query.
