I was struggling with some banking issues and I was guided perfectly by the patient staff
The most unhelpful RBC branch that I've visited in the GTA but, not the worst in Canada and hence, the 2 stars. Both staff and branch manager conduct client businesses with a hands free approach and are only fully attentive when the time comes to collect payment or penalties from clients. All dress pretty and most of the time are giving out wrong advice and TBH, very fitting for the most ungrateful bank in the country
避雷这家银行！Never go to this bank to open a new account. Don't believe their preferential plan. It will make you suffer heavy losses and have no way to complain.
The service is really bad here . Beyond disappointing. I disappointed how I was treated and communicated with. I deposited a cheque at ATM on Yonge and Hollywood Monday . I entered the branch waited 15 mins in line and additional another 15 mins with the representative. I deposited a 7k cheque and requested only 1500-2000$ since I get paid late . I been depositing the same cheque for 2 years . After 15 mins . We can’t anything. I’m planning to take my business somewhere else. RBC does not deserve my business .
