I recently switched to RBC from TD around the beginning of the year. I had been with RBC in previous years and I have never experienced any problems whatsoever. The staff are friendly, attentive and caring. I'm glad I made the switch back to the most reputable bank of the Big 5 Banks.
Went in today and got perfect service. Kathy was friendly, helpful, and talked me through all the answers to my questions. The others around her also helped and were joyful. Thank you ladies at RBC Petrolia.
