Went in today and got perfect service. Kathy was friendly, helpful, and talked me through all the answers to my questions. The others around her also helped and were joyful. Thank you ladies at RBC Petrolia.

The worst bank I have ever been to, waste of time to go there you can do more yourself than what they can help you with! I called in for hold on my check and they said oh yeah just go to Petrolia branch,and they can fix it no problem. So I went there and nothing they could do! So doesn't even add up. And you can't get loans or line of credit ever.
I opened an account had to go in and show proof of address which I did teller says nope sorry we can’t use those mean while it was from my other bank account and drivers license, so have to drive another 25 mins each way to take more id, and secondly got a bill from RBC today saying I owe for 20 days banking at 0.56 a day for an account I don’t even have access to.
