Rude service. Would not recommend. Years of being a mismanaged branch. The service is bad now and it was bad a decade ago. Simple things take hours, very weird requests for documents and incompetent staff.
I like this bank. Politely and quickly.
Requested for a bank certificate, the teller asked me to come back the following day and I did.. when I get there, no certification ready and telling me that what they usually gave is that. Even I said what the certification looks like from the same bank, yet different branch. They keep me waited only to get not what I asked for.. total waste of time and effort.. not recommended place to make business with.
In this branch of the bank the staff is not professional, they are very incompetent, they do not know how to communicate with clients, they provide very poor service, especially Katya and Slava, it seems that they are completely uneducated
