Efficient and polite . Everytime i visit this branch im satisfied with the welcoming staff specially Mr.Mohammad he was quick and mannerly.
Mo was absolutely amazing! He truly went above and beyond to help me with everything I wanted. No matter what I asked, he made sure it was handled perfectly and with so much patience and professionalism. He really went out of his way to make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Because of him, my entire day was made! I genuinely appreciate his dedication, kindness, and exceptional service. Highly recommend asking for Mo if you want someone who truly cares about their customers.
I came to deposit a endorsed check, the lady didnt even look at it. She said they dont deposit endorsed checks and sent me away. I couldn't believe it.
MINUS ZERO, THEY ARE HORRID. THERE IS NO SAFETY AT ALL AND ANYBODY CAN GET HURT AND IT IS THEIR FAULT AND THEY DO NOT GIVE A DAMN. AND THEY ARE SO RUDE, IRRESPONSIBLE AND NOT ONLY BAD SERVICE BUT BAD ATTITIDE TO DO THE JOB THEY CHOOSED TO HAVE. HORRID EXPERIENCE ON THIS BRANCH. HORRID!. BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND!.
