She was attentive to every detail and explained each step of the process clearly and thoroughly. Her professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service made my experience a very positive one.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with teller Bahar Javid this morning. From the moment I approached the counter, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Her attitude made me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by asking a basic question.
