Came here on my lunch break from work, and needed a bank card until I get new one in mail there is 3 people working tills but taking a super long time supervisor or manager had to step in to get them working and moving the customer along so not such a long line. Would be cool if they add a express till for quick transactions just like a express checkout lane at a supermarket just an example to ramp up the slow lines at lunch times

Very unprofessional, unkind, and abusive manager. Tried to withhold funds with made up arguments that are not policy, and basically disclosed my bank statements to the public. The manager needs to learn to learn to deal with human beings, and respect the privacy of clients. Will summit a formal complaint to the bank and pertinent institutions. Don’t do business with this bank they do not care about privacy or backgrounds. Unless of course you walk in wearing a Rolex.

I would like to commend AbdelRasoul, Adam a RBC Mortgage Specialist from this location. I've had bad experiences from other RBC location but we were so happy to have met and worked with him. He is very fast, thorough and highly experienced. We met him last minute during our closing process and within a day or two the task was already done and went very smoothly.
