Wow, I have been banking with RBC since I was a child! I was dealing with the financial advisor David Xu. Kind of rude, curt, and felt like he was speaking down to me. I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at RBC Royal Bank with a teller named Bahar Javid. I went there to request a bank draft, but she unexpectedly asked me why I needed it and what I was planning to do with the money. I was honestly shocked — such personal and confidential questions are completely inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable.
