Cannot talk to a human; calling goes to a call centre. Very upset.
Trying to find a a direct telephone line to my royal bank.
After being a customer for decades I was charged $7 because somebody wrote me a bad cheque. I did nothing wrong. I have an appointment with Scotiabank Friday and TD Tuesday. Closing all my accounts.
