Terrible customer service by the rude and incompetent teller, Mehrnoosh, who refused a simple deposit transaction just because it would (as she put it) take a few extra minutes due to having a credit card on me instead of a client card. She even accessed my account and read my info off of her screen and kept a judgemental attitude as to why I wouldn't go back home and bring my client card to make her job easier for her. Worst branch ever. Doesn’t help at all. Service really low. Should go back to their home.
The branch is very slow. The employees are chilling, and spend more time on chatting with customers when the others are waiting in line. Usually there is one, sometimes two people, and the third one is gone to call the advisor or do something which takes long time, nonsense.
Vivian Wei the new Assistant Manager was great. Very helpful with issues related to our admistration of a will. Great service!
