This branch is consistently frustrating. There’s almost always a long line, but even when it’s busy, more staff don’t seem to be assigned to help at the front. It feels like customers are left waiting unnecessarily while employees in the back aren’t being utilized. The service isn’t terrible once you’re helped, but the wait time and lack of efficiency really ruin the experience. Opening more counters during peak hours would make a huge difference.

I visited this branch at the end of business hours, and the staff were very accommodating, providing complete guidance on how to proceed with my request. Ms. MOJGAN and the cashier served me with great friendliness and professionalism. In contrast, at the Young and Steeles branch, and at the Major Mackenzie Drive and Bayview branch, the staff not only did not know how to handle my request, but also exhibited poor and unprofessional behavior.
