Their tellers yell your personal business and info to each other to ask questions to one another. Lack of customer privacy and lack of company operations knowledge right there. Never ever saw that any bank. You choose to work in banking sector so should learn about customer privacy. Rbc is doing terrible job in training no doubt , tellers don’t know anything about app other than deposit and withdrawal. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the branch manager Sayeeda. During my recent conversation , the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns or providing guidance, their tone and attitude made the interaction unnecessarily stressful. She even threatened me that she will terminate my accounts.
