Why is this closed. ATM you can't make no withdrawals or deposit after hours why. I guess it's time to look for another bank.
This branch is extremely slow. I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk employee named Goldi, who was quite rude. When I asked her where to sign a document, instead of guiding me, she said, “You really don't know where to sign?” I also asked if I should enter from a certain direction, and she replied, “You've been here before—how do you not know or remember?” I’ve never encountered this kind of attitude at any other RBC branch. You wait for hours and the processing is very slow and people have to wait for hours.
A terrible branch. Usual wait time may go up to more than an hour. Only one or two clerks serve at a time. RBC captures one of the lion shares in Canada’s banking and mortgage sectors, but when it comes to serving their clients, this branch has a notorious record!
AVOID RBC (Keele & Sheppard) location (if you can), we used to do all our business transactions at this branch until the new over-zealous Asst. Mgr. Antonio (?) complicated all our transactions -- which caused workflow & cashflow headaches. Today, Asst. Mgr. Antonio (?) said there were no funds to cut a Bank Draft because of a 'hold' on my balance. Frustrated, I decided to drive to the next nearest RBC (HWY 7 branch) 20min away and I got that "Bank Draft", there was clearly no hold (which I obviously knew). Again, AVOID.
