On Wednesday, February 18, at around 1:00 p.m., I went to this bank and was assisted by an Asian woman who was very unfriendly and discourteous. I don’t understand why she works in customer service if she is not kind at all. She clearly does not know how to treat people. She made me feel uncomfortable just because I am still learning the language because I am newly arrived. She even told me that if I live in Canada, I should know how to speak English.
