I visited this RBC Bank branch located in Wilson and Dufferin. Sorry to say I'm totally disappointed with the staff's behavior toward customers. I met a bank staff member named something like Nicholas; he doesn't know how to manage customers. Or at least he should learn the policies of RBC Banking and financial products to answer. I'm supposed to open a new Chequing account for managing my salary purposes but same time looking for minimum respecting and friendly Banking institution services. I have been terminated by RBC after having my account since I first arrived in Canada 8 years ago alone with my business account. They said the only way to pay my loans and credit card is through the bank. I went here on Keele gave them my bank card that’s just a ID to show now that I was previously with them so I can make payment. The tellers here had no clue what to do or how to make my payment since my card is no longer active. Now whose fault is this? 🫤 3 tellers had to come together to get the job done. Vania Rocha has been terrible with customer service and professionalism for more than a year. She makes me uncomfortable with her communication. Rocha is unprofessional and takes advantage of people. I believe that her office should not be as nice as it is near the main entrance with a large window. I hope I never see her again. I hope to avoid her altogether by just going to this home branch to use the ATM.
A 5 star bank branch. Friendly staff, friendly conditions and good service. Uche is really a great staff. Expert in his job and very professional, very friendly. I am grateful
