Unfriendly staff. To avoid serving clients waiting on person the staff are entirely preoccupied with staring at their screens. Even when at last seen, there is no please or thank you from staff.
When did RBC start recruiting customer repellents instead of customer service reps? At this point, I'm convinced RBC is hiring employees whose primary role is to make customers bank somewhere else. The teller told us we were "ineligible" for the account — that is until we walked out. Customer service opened our student account before we even got to our car.
Service is very slowwwww. Don't come here if you're in a rush.
