This review is not directed at any specific branch, but at RBC as a whole. RBC has been one of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with. My account was locked just because I deposited a cheque online. I visited the branch twice and called customer service multiple times, wasting an entire day, only to be told repeatedly that the issue was resolved — but it wasn’t. The experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I’m done doing business with RBC.
