Very slow service
The countless one star reviews this branch has received are very well deserved. The entire team is unapologetically committed to providing nothing short of the worst customer service possible and prides themselves on their proactive approach to ensuring clients are impeded at every opportunity. Such dedication is hard to come by these days
Awful service! It is ridiculous you can't talk about the products you have with the bank without an appointment. I might understand it if the bank were fully crowded,but there were more employees than customers. Unacceptable! 😡😡😡😡😡 It is a nightmare banking with RBC. My next appointment with them will be to cancel all the financial products I have with this Bank.

Edit: I did get my fees back when I dropped by the carling branch a week later. So yeah, don’t go to this one. Nice to see new faces in this branch after a very unhappy experience from a while back, which lead to numerous calls from their security department wasting my time and a complaint. But 1 star to RBC in general: I don’t have to go to a branch to change my account type with TD, I don’t have to go to a branch to update my student status with TD, I dont get no notifications when that 12.95 monthly fees popped up from no... read more
