Pretty mediocre service for a bank. Just trying to claim my student loan and was told to contact another number for any help on this other than the signing of forms. Also pretty missing the "customer service" tone.
Nice staff. Less communication problems
I set up my new account with Ajay Baldwa, and the experience was great. He gave me a clear brief and explained everything thoroughly. The entire process was very smooth and straightforward.
I was on call with RBC representative and was disputing an issue and was left on hold which is fine after he came back he was rushing me and had a rude tone and hung up before I could get another word in. Very unprofessional who can I talk to about issues on my card if I am being treated this awful. Even on my worst day I wouldn’t speak to someone like that
Very disappointing experience with RBC customer service. My scam issue was handled poorly, and I felt the staff did not know how to properly deal with the situation or support me. Based on my experience, I would not recommend banking with RBC.
