Always a huge line and only a couple tellers. They told me to use the ATM to take out USD to avoid the wait, then the ATM charged me $3 for a "premium ATM feature" even though my US bank account is with RBC.

The staff at this bank amazed me. First, a Vietnamese lady at a desk was very swift with my request. And then she offered me a solution for which she immediately booked an advisor for me. The advisor, Hunera Asif, was also very very professional and went above and beyond to open the necessary accounts for me immediately, without any attitude, any breaks.
