It's a bank, no more, no less. I just stopped to get to the Instabank. I didn't go to the teller so this review just reflects the Instabank experience .
Went to pick up a credit card on July 23, 2026 and the Indian teller gave me such a hard time about using my middle name on the credit card. He let me know if you should be using my first name only and that my online access may be compromised, along with any transaction I try to do. When I pushed back on the fear Mongering, he reverted and said he was just recommending that, not requiring it. He was just looking for an argument. Maybe hire more polite customer enchants that don’t get a kick out of displeasing customers.
This is by far one of slowest RBC banks I've been to. The staff work at a snails pace and seem to not care if the line has 1 or 10 people. The management does nothing to try to put more associates in to help leaving people upset and frustrated. I hope the owner/manager sees this and hires more people because what a horrible experience!
