The manager Sarkis Injerkoshian is arrogant and rude, he wouldn’t explain my issue and didn’t care to resolve it either. Acts like he’s above all. I didn’t like the service and from other reviews I can see this branch can’t figure it out.
I went to RBC and I had a rough day with my mother, and I spoke to a Italian her name’s Suraj Acharya What an amazing gentleman he brought smile to my mother‘s face, and he calm her down. I never ever seen a service from RBC from a teller like this you should hire more people like him. Come by every day
As a RBC client for years, I have been visited various RBC branches and my experience was good and great. But this time after visiting this branch, it change everything, this is the worst. You ask for help, they make problems. You experiencing difficulties and they won't help you. Customer service are awful. The only convinience with this branch is it is nearby my place, lol. For the management, hopefully, you train your employees as a professional same as the RBC message embraces for a great customer service experience.
