I visited this Branch to close my Ac as i am being charged 16.95 on my ac . I am thankful to the teller his name is Suraj Acharya . He provided me advice that i can still be in the Day to day banking package paying 4 dollar a month. He advised me how to save that 4 dollar too , now i am enrolled in value program and he booked me to open the investment ac and asked me to maintain activities so that i can get rebate on that fee as well. Great service experienced. Thanks
Empty branch. Hey RBC why don't you hire people so we can have access to our money. I've seen seniors waiting to more then 40 mins in line for a smallest task and no one ask to see if they can help. All offices are mostly empty. Tsk tsk.

Walking in as a customer, I asked to use the bathroom. They told me it was for employees only an dti go to a timiies down the street. I have never had an issue using the bathroom at any other rbc branch. Will not be using this branch from now on and I recommend the same for everyone else.
