Worst branch. Really regret going into this branch and wasting my time. I needed a simple transaction-to-date history and they could not even provide with that. The old Jamaican lady was extremely rude and did not want to help. There was another guy with a ponytail she called for my request and looked at the computer for a good 10 minutes and said “can’t provide transaction-to-date history and have to wait until next bank statement comes which was 2 weeks later”.
