Manson Li is a great banking representative and ambassador for rbc clients. He has strong active listening and is efficient while focusing on the customers needs. He helped me open an account quickly and was clear in his steps

Went in for coin on a Saturday... they were all out... those 2 boys checked every possible spot where coins might have been held... they were so upset they didnt have what i needed... no big deal I said... laughed and left. The next Saturday I went back in... when the one teller saw me he grinned and said "we've got coins today!"... big smiles. Both made me feel safe and comfortable... great guys to deal with!
Very nice and helpful staff.
