I don’t know if it is bank branch or it is some kind of chat community. There is a lady standing in front of the receptionist desk and talking with the receptionist for over 20 minutes since I am lining up here. There are like five or six people after me in the line and two people in front of me. I don’t know how long they have been waiting here. Yesterday and today afternoon ( Apr 28 & Apr 29, 2025), I met the same teller who is a man who sat at the table at the end of the room, but he even couldn't smile, unfriendly. He did his job ok. However, when he put my card on the table as he threw it and when he gave the paper back to me as he threw and let it really flew to me. It was really disrespectful. Closed my accounts and moved to BMO across the street. Much better service over there.
Can't recommend this branch enough. All the employees, especially Gagan and Sejal, and managers are great people (just avoid the young guy with black hair and glasses if you actually want something done). The people make a branch worth visiting and I always go out of my way to come to this particular branch even if there are closer ones near me.
