Horrible Service
Moreen at RBC provided outstanding customer service. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional throughout the entire interaction. It’s always a pleasure dealing with someone who truly cares about their clients. Highly recommended!
Terrible customer service at this branch. I had an appointment with an employee named Hala Abdel Rahman, and she showed up over 10 minutes late for a silly reason. She also didn’t seem to know even the most basic banking rules in Canada and Ontario. When she realized she couldn’t handle simple banking info, she walked out and came back with her manager. Unfortunately, the manager turned out to be even less knowledgeable. After wasting my time in a pointless discussion with both of them, I just left and went to another branch
Been banking here for 9+ years. I come to the bank expressing that the US bills I was given were inked and marked and could not be used during my travels. I had been given these bills from a teller who was quite frankly rude and annoyed, maybe because I came 30 minutes before closing for a quick exchange.
