There is no business line here. Everytime I come here, there is a lineup and one of two tellers working while others are just walking around the background pretending to be busy. I guess the clients time is not important for this bank.
Always a long line but service is kind.
I’m pretty sure rbc secretly hates its customers to the point when you walk into a branch it’s like a circle of hell. The bank wait circle sponsored by rbc good or bad person we force all to suffer.
This location has had the worst experience all the time. Today, I came here during my break time, and I stood alone in the line for 30 minutes. I didn’t know what the people were doing, and they’re walking all around doing nothing, a total waste of time
