I’ve never experienced such poor customer service from a financial institution. From the front-line tellers to the management team, the level of incompetence at this RBC branch is shocking. Staff members seem poorly trained, disorganized, and completely uninterested in actually helping customers. Simple requests turn into long, frustrating ordeals, and no one takes ownership of the situation. I rarely write reviews, but after repeated encounters with subpar service at RBC, I feel compelled to share my experience. From tellers to managers, there appears to be a pervasive lack of professionalism and accountability. Basic requests are met with indifference, and any slightly complex inquiry is treated as an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to assist a client. My 67-year-old father had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this RBC branch. He was sent from one teller to another, yet no one was able—or willing—to help him. One employee briefly listened to his concerns but told him he was speaking to the wrong person and was wasting his time.
