Long line up ar 10:30 in the morning. 8 in front 12 behind. Friendly and helpful
No customer service, no knowledge on issues I went to the branch to resolve an issue which I was told to do so from the help line. The branch employees had no idea about how to resolve. They couldn’t verify my address despite give all requested documents. They sweet talked me to apply for a card to help make them commissions and it let my credit score dropped down, and when i went to resolve an issue none of the employees including Sohaib, Dipti, Aisha were willing to help or resolve and I explained my problem to each one of... read more
