Extremely disappointed with the Staff. I have an appointment with Sohaib Ahmed for my existing business account. He refreshed my account and told me that the account will be resume by tomorrow because he has some networking issue in his system. It's been more than 2 weeks I didn't receive any call or reply from him. I had a very disappointing experience with Sohaib Saleem. I would not recommend this branch for any services.
Worst bank ever would never recommend opening a business account with them especially with aisha she is so rude she opened my business account and put the wrong address and phone number and i never received a card from them and had a cheque sent to the wrong address thankfully i call customer service so they can adjust my informations and closed my account with them.
