I had a scheduled phone appointment for 10:30 a.m., but they never called. On top of that, I ended up waiting 30 minutes in person just to be taken into the room. Should have trusted the previous reviews.
Recently got a bank draft. The teller made two typos out of 6 words… How careless and unprofessional for someone who works in a bank! Unacceptable.
Staff is very kind and helpful.
