Every time I come to see rolled eyes from slim dark lady with long nails who literally cuts me off while I am still talking to her. Also, the money draft is still on hold for a week, while at different locations I always deposit it immediately. Also, when I asked to exchange coins to bills, I was declined, they told me to go to Dollarama and buy paper coin packs to roll my coins into them before I can come to the bank. Seriously? P. S. Great customer service at this bank branch. Very busy but the wait was not too long. Employees are very helpful and tentative. Overall experience at this bank location was nice with no complaints at all.
