I am very disappointed with the way my debit card was suspended. While I was traveling outside Canada, I used my card several times without any issue. However, when I returned home, I suddenly found my card blocked. The reason given was “for my protection,” but if the bank was truly concerned about my security, why did they allow the transactions to go through in the first place?
