Worst customer service experience I've ever had ANYWHERE experienced today. I will never be coming back to this branch. Very glad there are other RBC branches in London I can visit.
Slowest service ever, no clear lineup so people just cut in front of you and staff doesn’t care to acknowledge the problem. No one sees to know what they’re doing. Ended up just walking out and not even opening an account.
Dealt with RBC rep. Kaylin Sigsworth for my home financing needs. The service was legendary and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
Branch always closes early and management tells me they can do what they want. Tellers are good. Management is extremely rude
