Good service. Staff were very friendly.
Wait times on hold are way to long
The guard working at this branch on Fridays is extremely friendly and genuinely helpful. He always greets customers with respect and support, which creates a very positive experience. I truly appreciate his dedication. However, I feel the management should consider providing a proper chair or seating arrangement for him. Standing for long hours is difficult, and ensuring his comfort would not only improve his well-being but also reflect positively on the organization.
This branch has gone downhill. Slow, long line ups, little staff. Teller couldn’t give change, one person with keys and they weren’t available
