I went to make payment for my car and they said they don’t take cash!! It’s a bank that doesn’t take cash ?? Why are they even open at this point?
Never actually went to this branch but looking at all the poor reviews regarding customer service it seems as if management are sitting on their hands and not addressing this major issue????????
horrible management, not professional and bad customer service. I have never dealt with such incompetence. Manager is rude and talks over you, doesn't listen
