Never actually went to this branch but looking at all the poor reviews regarding customer service it seems as if management are sitting on their hands and not addressing this major issue????????
horrible management, not professional and bad customer service. I have never dealt with such incompetence. Manager is rude and talks over you, doesn't listen
Amal is great! She is always fast, professional, and personable. I worked with her for our home mortgage. She was always kind and did whatever it took to get things it done on a tight timeline. Amal is highly recommended!
Absolutely abhorrent customer service. We booked an appointment over the phone (the person we were speaking to was located in Winnipeg), you cannot call the branch directly. We waited a week for the appointment and received both email and text reminders about the appointment. We never received the link as indicated.
