Great staff and service, really helped me to solve my account problems!
There was a woman who was working at the front today. She was oriental and extremely rude and dismissive. I asked hera question. And she told me she was going on lunch smh. Horrible customer service. She definitely needs some retraining.
I went to make payment for my car and they said they don’t take cash!! It’s a bank that doesn’t take cash ?? Why are they even open at this point?
Never actually went to this branch but looking at all the poor reviews regarding customer service it seems as if management are sitting on their hands and not addressing this major issue????????
