Bank teller was a piece of work. Very rude, stating I couldn’t exchange coin even tho I’ve done it at multiple locations for my business without an account. Needs work on customer service. Company seems really inconsistent with their policies.
When you depositing money, remember to ask them to print a receipt, especially if you encounter a South Asian bank teller，Because you never know how much cash she actually deposited in your bank account.

DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THESE PEOPLE, horrible customer service, app dosent work, take forever to answer the phone… etc. I could not be more disatisfied with my experience. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
