Staff are friendly, unfortunately the wait to get something done is often a long wait. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes in some case to get to a teller.
This bank is by far the most helpful bank I have ever been in. They sat down with me and let me ask as many questions as I needed to. They also went out of there way to help me.
