Complete incompetence when my son paid off his car the beginning of November and is still waiting to get the paperwork saying there isn’t a lean on the car. He called customer service 3 times and I went to the branch a couple weeks ago to see what the delay was and every time was told they sent in a request but in a perfect saying for this bank they kept ‘passing the buck” saying it was done and it takes time! I’m truly grateful to be with this bank. I typically handle everything through the app, so I don’t often visit the branch. However, I had an urgent issue this time, and I was genuinely impressed by the care and support the staff provided. They went above and beyond to assist me and ensure I got the help I needed. Service à améliorer Mon expérience avec cette banque a malheureusement été insatisfaisante. La gestion, assurée par Lori, manquait de courtoisie et de professionnalisme, ce qui a donné une impression négative. De plus, le personnel semblait manquer d’expérience et travaillait à un rythme assez lent, ce qui compliquait même les démarches les plus simples. J’espère que la direction prendra en compte ces remarques afin d’améliorer la qualité du service offert aux clients.
Expérience très décevante avec cette banque La directrice de l’agence, Lori, a été extrêmement impolie et non professionnelle. Au lieu d’aider les clients, elle les a traités avec un manque total de respect. Le personnel est également très inexpérimenté et travaille d’une lenteur exaspérante. Même les services bancaires les plus simples prennent beaucoup trop de temps. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette banque.
