disrespectful. unprofessional and inconsiderate in all manners.
Mrs Habibi is very professional and helpful, always have great experience with RBC and their advisors.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Hannah today during a video appointment, and I was truly impressed by her support, understanding, and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and reassuring—qualities I wish every bank employee would consistently demonstrate. I would like to thank Hannah once again for her excellent service and assistance. I would highly recommend her to other RBC customers!
