Brutal service. 6 people in a lineup and 1 teller (20 Min wait). Not the first time either
Toujours du mauvais service avec RBC, peu importe la branche…
This branch used to be great before COVID, don’t know what happened since, service is slow, unfriendly, no one seem to know what their doing, and never able to get a live person on the phone…similar to the Tim Hortons across the lot.
