This branch used to be great before COVID, don’t know what happened since, service is slow, unfriendly, no one seem to know what their doing, and never able to get a live person on the phone…similar to the Tim Hortons across the lot.
I brought my father into the bank this afternoon which is a huge ordeal as he is 94 years old and not very mobile. He needed to cash a cheque he had received. There was a line up but we were prepared to wait. About 10 people in line and Everyone offered for him to go ahead. When we spoke to the teller he was not all friendly…or helpful. I have been coming to this branch for the past 24 years. Royal Bank of Canada is The Best Bank in Canada, and one of the best banks in the world. I have dealt with other Canadian banks and European banks, so I can compare.
