Unfortunately the majority of reviews here are accurate. I came in because I had an appointment to change my bank account type. Instead, the advisor spent most of their time talking to me about a FHSA and trying to get me to open one with RBC. A small sliver of the appointment time was going over the account change. I made sure to confirm fees and account details, everything. Be prepared to wait at least 30min in line to reach a banker…they need to hire more bankers…
