Awful. No one returns emails or phone calls. Zero customer service skills. They love your money, they hate you. Awful bank.

Absolutely terrible service, You can't call the bank. You can't ever talk to a human. Even when you use the terrible chat service, and book an appointment, they don't bother to keep it for you or call you. Then you show up to the bank and no one will help. I hope the manager sees how bad Nikita R handled this.
