Very many poorly trained people at the branch
If you are looking for the best customer experience, this is not the bank you want to visit. Airs of prepotency and unhuman behaviour. Incompetency and lack of banking experience and knowledge. Zero capacity to solve customer requests. They really dont care about what you need. Worst RBC branch in Canada.
I’ve been with RBC for 40 years and just experienced the worst kind of customer service ever, at this branch location.
why customers are anti oil , , wake up its great the bank is investing in our future truth be known oil; and gas greatly helps our economy, your phone produced has oil products in it , but instead of rating the bank on there service they have to give there environmental opinions, i give Royal bank A plus for there stand in our future. probably good service too , since they have a good investment portfolio.
