The old bag with the glasses that works at the front desk needs to retire or get fired. Horrible bank. But what bank is good in Canada at this point I guess…
I have been with Rbc since 2008 and they are great every where except for this branch. Manager is very grumpy and unwilling to help, staff is very rude and this place does not value the relationship , putting a hold on a bank draft I took from my own account to move funds - trying to leave this Rbc to switch to Td or someone with better customer service and value of relationship. Yes I talked to a manager and they could care less about what we build over the years

I switched to RBC because of Jackie Wheeler, who is the most thorough and responsive PFP I have ever worked with. She has resolved all my banking woes for several years now. When she switched from a different bank, I planned to stay at the previous bank for convenience but was immediately met with disappointment after being set up with the new employee.
