Shameful and incompetent service from RBC. I transferred money from another bank into my RBC account to pay for a car draft. The money did not appear, so I went to the branch. Staff called the wire department, who insisted there was no incoming transfer. Because of this failure, I was forced to withdraw cash in $400 increments, making 13 separate ATM transactions. If you are looking for the best customer experience, this is not the bank you want to visit. Airs of prepotency and unhuman behaviour. Incompetency and lack of banking experience and knowledge. Zero capacity to solve customer requests. They really dont care about what you need. Worst RBC branch in Canada.
