Extremely outdated, terrible parking, drive through bank machine is frequently down (as are all of RBC' machines absolute garbage) and if you work 9-5 you'll never get to use their indoor machine as apparently only day walkers get access. Between this location and Merritt I just can't believe what trash both branches are.

I wish i can give negative stars, give false information always, talked one time with branch manage Bruce mc.. , he thinks he owns the rbc bank , he dont know how to talk with customer , please dont go there
there are good tellers, and a bad teller.... He didnt even try to solve my problem and said the only possible option is wire transfer from my app, which is kinda crazy if you think about it. Fortunately there was another person who could help me with it.
