Outrageous wait times. Staff walking around well they have a line up out the door. Totally nuts
3rd world bank. Sooo slow. Bank machines won't except deposits, so I gotta wait 30min line. Booooo
Totally disappointed in Tanner Soetaert..Has not returned my phone calls and or my multiple emails....I would give him a -10star review
Very bad experience with rbc as always disappoints with bringing lots of issues
Poor management Specially manager Stacey. Staff told me she is in meeting but she was free. They were communicating with each other on the computer and manipulating the customer. I will never recommend to anyone to use this bank for their financial solutions.
