Very bad service. Rude and impatient.
Called the number and could not get connected to a real person. May look into switching bank Frustrating experience!
Went there to do a bank transfer and didn’t really know what we were doing. Fortunately for us we got in touch with Kelly Kittle,she dropped what she was doing and gave us absolutely wonderful service and helped us through the process. Can’t say enough about her and the professional conduct she had. Thanks very much. Max and Teresa.
Terrible, terrible service. RBC does not sell US Money Orders or drafts anymore. How do I send money to U.S. Opened a US dollar account and was told I could not get a draft or cheque on my US account. Walked up the street to the TD and they accommodated me with a US Draft. Moving my business there. The branch manager was going to get back to me with an issue I had. It has been 2 months! No service anymore.
