I have been dealing with this bank and the staff here for years now. They are without a doubt the best bank and people I have ever dealt with in my own humble opinion hands down!!!!!!!!!!….. they help me with any questions or issues I might have and try to find a way of working with me instead of just telling me their is nothing they can do!!!!!!!!!!….. one of the tellers I deal with on a regular basis is Brittany who is such a outstanding and thoughtful person who actually cares about what you need and just wants to know ho... read more
Hours of operation are very inconvenient for people who work during the week. Try to go in on lunch and have huge line ups and endless wait times. Customer service is awful. I have called multiple times to try and set up an appointment and left many voicemails over multiple weeks and not a single call or email returned. If you are looking for a bank, I do not recommend this RBC branch.
Blocked my credit card, customer care already took 48 minutes, still unable to find right person who can resolve this
