I was into the Royal Bank last week and dealt with a young woman Sarah was very helpful and accommodating and I wanted to make sure that I reviewed her service
What a terrible experience I had at this branch last week I am a long time vip client with RBC and was literally running there on foot to get a bank draft to go buy a new vehicle (truck got stolen) and they literally locked the door on me as I was reaching for the handle, I politely explained my situation and simply needed a draft because I was on my way to pick up vehicle and I could see they were still helping other clients….. The stuff are not friendly and some of them kind of rude
Absolutely unacceptable wait times. Never more than two tellers working. Always more than a 30 minute wait. I used to work for TD Bank as a teller, and wait times were never this long. Thinking of leaving RBC altogether.
