I’ve been banking at the Upper Gage and Mohawk location for over a year, but left this afternoon without depositing money. I waited a half hour in line only to get to the teller's desk to be told that the coins in my relatively small deposit had to be in rolls. Sure, no problem. I have to laud Kyle K, I believe the branch manager , for his customer service and professionalism, he is a true display of it, he is an asset to this RBC and I have adjusted my review accordingly. In life things happen, but it’s about how you handle it. Thank you Kyle & Asha .
The worst customer service I have experienced by far. 2.6 is a generous rating, not even the bare minimum is done and they always act like they are doing you a favor. I am about to move my personal and business account elsewhere. It's laughable the lack of professionalism.
