Opened a account here. The account opening was great excluding how the person misspelled my last name. Then the Temporary card given to was a RBC ATM Card and was handwritten. It worked at the ATM one time on that day. The next day I use the 24/7 hour ATM to deposit $10 and the ATM throws a Card Read Error at me. I end up having to drive an added 5-7 km to the RBC on Livingston Avenue to get a replacement temporary card. A replacement for a replacement 🤦♂️. Thankfully this card did work at the ATM. Manager kept being rude and trying to give me a consolidation loan to leech from me everything. Terrible customer service. Bank manager is terrible. Told me that if I don’t like it I can leave so I did. Don’t want buddy to lose his teeth in branch…
