Every time I come to this branch the customer service is horrible. It's like I'm inconveniencing them to do their jobs. It's unbelievable. I wish I had gotten the guys name that I inconvenienced today.

Would give zero if I could. I’ve been with RBC bank for 20+ years. We’ve had a business account for 8 years. The virtual assistant when you call is useless and just raises your blood pressure before actually speaking to someone. In the past year or two we’ve had problem after problem. Changes made on our account without informing us. Sick of not having access to OUR money. Time to take business somewhere else.

Very disappointing service at the Royal bank Winona Crossings today from the Branch Manager “Sandy”. He was stoic and not helpful whatsoever. We have been clients at RBC since 2008. I guess it’s time to take our business to another bank. Quite a change since the last time I reviewed this branch when the teller was very helpful and I posted a good review.
