Very disappointing service at the Royal bank Winona Crossings today from the Branch Manager “Sandy”. He was stoic and not helpful whatsoever. We have been clients at RBC since 2008. I guess it’s time to take our business to another bank. Quite a change since the last time I reviewed this branch when the teller was very helpful and I posted a good review.
For the past two years, I have been managing complex estate matters that required significant banking assistance, including access to historical documentation and the handling of trust accounts.
