I had a scheduled appointment at this branch to open an RDSP account for my parents. Unfortunately, the advisor appeared unfamiliar with the RDSP process and provided inconsistent information throughout the meeting. After spending over an hour without any progress, I was ultimately asked to leave the branch. This was disappointing and unprofessional, especially given that I attended in good faith with the required documentation. I hope the branch ensures proper training for staff handling specialized accounts such as RDSP.
worst experience ever I visited there at 5.20pm and employees closed the branch before 5.20pm and closing time is 6.pm rbc should take care of their rules and regulations for good service
Terrible unprofessional manager
Just had the very best banking experience at my home Branch. I want to thank Brenda Morrison for excellent customer service. It started with a warm hello greeting and exceeded all my expectations. RBC, you need more people in your branches like Brenda! Another great experience at RBC Winona Crossing. Maria was warm and welcoming as always and could definitely coach some of the other staff how to keep the customers happy while doing their jobs professionally. Thanks Maria! You keep me coming back.
